I submitted a ticket, the surprisingly prompt response was that it is a known issue, go file a bug report.  Really?  I don't work at Blizzard, they do, why can't they tell the Devs?  Anyway, I filed a bug report and I am waiting sort of patiently.

Hmm, I completed this ages ago and never got the pet. It's not even showing in my list at all.

I completed this pre-11.0.5 also, and I did not receive the pet. I submitted a bug report as well.

I held off on completing this achievement until today, and I can report that Fuzzy is properly given out if you finish it now.

Same here, patch day, the achievement unlocked from having completed it previously but no Fuzzy in my list of pets. I've submitted a bug report.
