Currently on the PTR is a new Feat of Strength called
Vampire Hunter. This achievement will be unlocked for everyone who
"slew Prince Tenris Mirkblood and acquired his Vampiric Batling pet." Unfortunately, this pretty much puts the last nail in the coffin of anyone who missed getting this pet and was holding out hope that it might be reobtainable in the future.
