This "Carefree Pet Tamer" is a pet trainer located off the beaten path, similar to Crysa and Environeer Bert. She offers an account-wide daily quest, Temple Throwdown.
Her parents left her in the temple's care while they went to defend the Shrines in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, or so she claims. Anthea's only real concern seems to be pet battling though, so bring your best team because she's ready for a match.
The encounter consists of all level 25 epic quality pets.
Completing Anthea's daily rewards a Grummlepouch, which has a chance to drop one of the pets on her team — Squibbles! This pet currently uses the same model as Feathers.
Now if only we could convince her to let us adopt Churro, a pup that uses a previously datamined Golden Retriever model.

Start the fight with a Dust Bunny, using smoke bomb. The rest is cake.

So exciting! Granted, that means I will need to collect 139 pets now! (blushes). Little behind. But that's amazing, more pets!!!

@Irogar: There are no prerequisites that I'm aware of. She only appears on the PTR for now, so make sure you're on the PTR and not on live servers.
If you still can't see her on the PTR, there might be a phasing issue, but it's been so long since I played through Pandaria zones, I'm not sure what storyline you'd have to complete to open up the Temple of the White Tiger area.

You talk a little in the beginning, then for the first 3 rounds, you click the ability used (which is nice, when you have stopped talking), but then you switch to keyboard, which makes it a bit hard to follow, what you did.
It's not a complicated fight, so it's manageable, but you might want to think about it, if you make more videos.

Cool. But for real, the exact same bird we already have? The dog would be better. Id love it if they put in more dog breeds a german shepard! Call it a draenai Wolfdog. The text can be something about Draenai crossbreeding dogs with wolves to make a pet that the everyday person can enjoy.
