Please contact us if you are still experiencing errors when importing your collection to WarcraftPets.
After looking into this, we've found that there is currently an issue with the Blizzard API handler that is causing imports to time out and only register partial portions of collections. In some cases, it does not update at all. [source]
This seems to be mainly affecting the EU-region, however some US/NA players may also experience some errors or incorrect collection counts when re-importing to WarcraftPets.
Blizzard is aware of this issue and are investigating; hopefully it can be resolved in the near future.

My collection isnt showing Cap'n Crackers, but the rest seem to be there.
It seems they may have fixed the problem now? Mine seems to be correct again.

Thanks for the post. Just updates my collection and instead of gaining 12 pets, I lost 134... :s

Most of my statistics are correct except one, the number of unique max level pets. My total count of unique pets is 934. I have 16 non-combat pets which would leave 918 unique max level pets. No biggie. I'm sure when the fix goes in this will be corrected. Thank you so much for all your hard work in helping us to keep track of our collections!
My 1020 pet collection was reduced to 2 lonely pets...shock and horror :)
