Battle For Azeroth
Patch 8.2.0 | Posted: June 25, 2019
This pet is rewarded upon completion of the more difficult version of the Stratholme Pet Battle Dungeon.

Players must first complete and turn in Tiny Terrors of Stratholme before gaining access to the challenge version of the dungeon.

The challenge version of the Pet Battle Dungeon requires at least 15 level 25 battle pets. Players cannot heal or revive their pets during challenge-mode, similar to the Celestial Tournament scenario.

So, I’ve just leveled him to 25 and tried in a battle and what I found out is, that his Raise Ally (undead version of Clockwork Gnome’s Build Turret, similar in working mechanics yet, unlike turret, it does ONE shot each round instead of three. One shot, however, hits for more than 100 so almost same ability in utility meaning ;)))) combined with Soul Steal and Death and Decay/Bone Barrage make quite nice combo with decent survivability. Definitely worth of try.

Some argue that the beard is what grants a spell caster their power, but they're wrong. The hat is where the magic is really from.
