This pet is earned from Dastardly Duos, a limited time event running from June 3, 2025 to July 15, 2025. Players can unlock this pet on vendor by picking up and completing a weekly quest during the third week of the event.

Now this is one, spicy, mean, ball.
It's not cageable and you are only allowed one. The fights are easy and quick though and like someone said you can start with one and do two then 3 in a row.
Is it really cageable? i have yet to see one on the Auction House.
If you are just beginning the Dastardly Duos now, on week 3, you can still get this. Pick up Week 1 quest and complete, then immediately start and do Week 2. Once that's done, you can start week 3. After finishing week 3, you can buy the reward, the pet, from the vendor. The week 1 and 2 rewards, toys, are purchased from the same vendor. They are visible but prior to the completion of each quest but can't be purchased until you're eligible. I did all 3 weeks quests and bought the pet in one evening.
