This pet was a free gift for US and EU BlizzCon 2019 attendees and purchasers of the Virtual Ticket. The pet is added directly to the Pet Journal.

Eligible players will receive both this murloc pet as well as Finduin. Each pet can only be summoned and used in battle by the appropriate faction.

Lucky enough to already have this pet ;). Rise Dead animation is   O U T S T A N D I N G ! ! ! ! ! Battlewise, I think this fellow (along with Finduin) might be a game changer in many situations (since Rise Dead can bring back to life THE SAME pet multiple times, even though with only 5% of HP, yet it might be let's say used to soak some of enemy's CD ;)))). Awesome pet and he's sooooo CUTE as well ;))).
