This pet is rewarded when your character completes the "Broken Isles Safari" achievement. To complete this achievement, your character must capture at least one of each wild pet unique to the Broken Isles.

One of the cutest pets I have! The playful jumping about is just irresistible!
Kind of underwhelming considering it has the exact same abilities as every other normal fawn in the game, including the new ones from Legion... would expect a little something more special from a meta-achievement reward.
