Players will need to access the Zskera Vault on The Forbidden Reach to collect this pet. This is achieved after unlocking World Quests in this zone, and collecting keys to unlock the vault.

Players can find an unkept aquarium within the vault. By collecting 3 Escaped Fish, 1 Empty Obsidian Vial, and interacting with Restorative Water (all items found within the vault in various rooms), players can restore the aquarium to receive this pet.

Patos also has the exact same move set as FISHY. I like both of them for battles!
