Same for me too, I've done the quest and the "gutter work" questline as well as the WQ but it's not awarding. Might report to Blizzard

That didn't work for me too. I completed the side quests named "Gutterwork work" for test too. But It seems that nobody can earn that Pet. Seems tò be bugged
