Day 2 of 5.4 and still 0 dropped pets. I've killed at least several dozen rares that drop pets, and looted over 450 crane nests, and not a single new cutie to love and cuddle. :(
With the lag in game since the patch making hunting them a nightmare, I'm wondering why I persist. . . .
then I look at the wee Xuen pet. And I melt. And go back to farming. Le sigh. At least I'm up over 17k coins (after buying the lantern!) to turn into keys for attempts at bonkers!

09/2013 - So sad. Just lost on the darkmoon rabbit, yet again. I actually rolled 100 and lost it. That's even more depressing than it was losing it with a 98, 3 kills ago.
Worst is that I'm pretty sure from the attitude and comments of the person that won, they're just going to sell it anyways but they're from another realm!
*sighs* back to saving gold I guess.
Blizzard must really hate me. I lost the rare mount in VoA the same way back in wotlk.
I love my pets. They've always been my favourite part of WoW (aside from the people).
