I was doing some pet leveling before the patch today at 8PM Est on the Dalaran server. There was 3 in the cellar near the entrance. I was lucky enough for 1 to at least be Uncommon and caught it.

Got a S/S Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling for cheap on the Dalaran Auction House. There is still some there too!
