After flying all over the place, found one hiding under a plant at 47 37. I normally capture pets with my Emperor Crab (shield and self heal - goes great) but Flooft. hits like a truck against Aquatics.

This is still available. You can still buy the StarCraft Collector's set and pick this up.

Just like Faelastar suggested, I started killing critters around the pond near the portals and I had a wisp come up for me after two or three loops around with no wisps to be found. Recommend this method.
