In reply to those looking for this pet, it spawns only in a cave called Chitterspine grotto.  Even with stealth, I managed to get ambushed by packs of 6-8 of the critters at a time and died twice.  The second being after I pulled a uncommon  P/P one out of the center.

There were two spawn points i saw in the cave. One deeper in had a constant pet to try to capture, the other random.  Good luck. I recommend stripping off gear to get this one.

Got mine this morning.  Even with stealth, it was a challenge.  There were around 10-12 up on the battle pets.  Catching them isn't the issue.

The issue is there are packs of level 110 elite murlocs swarming the area.

He is cute, packs a mean clobber. But I suggest not going after this pet solo unless you can deal with the Murlocs on parade.  I got jumped and killed by 10 of them and usually things have a hard time killing my feral druid.

So after years of hunting this critter, and I do mean years, I followed the tips creating a deathknight on the Brazil servers.  Here I am going this will never work and just before bed, I check the server and break into tears.  There at my feet is a uncommon one just sitting there.  Almost shocked beyond belief.  Five year just on casual play and never saw one except on a flyover on griffon.  My safari is finally complete due to the tips on this group.. It took two days really before getting one.

Got this after about 4 common on the archeology.  Looking forward to trying him in battle.
