They're probably equally rare. Since their models are new and unique to them, the only way to own both colors is to have the same pet twice. Since they come in different breeds, I also keep the ones I find more likely to use in the future. Same thing applies to the Pygmy Marsuul and the Antoran/Bile Larva.
