I have seen 2 skins. Green (shown) and Blue with a light underside.

The Dark Red and Black skin is the same as the parrrot summoned by the Bloodsail Admiral's Hat. If you can find one in that skin you can have the parrot with or without the hat.

My Rare Bandicoon is a color changer. Each time I summon him he will randomly be any of the 3 skins.

I am convinced that pets do not drop on Timeless Isle. Thankfully they do seem to magicallly appear at the Auction House from time to time.
Ok I have to take that back. Dandelion Frolicker dropped for me. Yay!
