Spihret's Comments

I followed Lornaa's advice and went out to 34 79.  I killed off the non-battle pets a few times while fishing and he spawns as a rare lead.  

It took me a few days to finally get a rare.  I went several times throughout the day and morning always had a lot up.  The respawn rate was very slow any other time.  They also seemed to spawn fast when it was raining, but both times I saw that were morning hours.
