I like how Blizzard won't let us use guild heralds in pet battles, but they're perfectly fine with us forcing this guy to fight for us. The Winter's Helpers too, come to think of it. Wait, there's a lot of sentient creatures we force into pet battles.

I didn't really appreciate Naxxy enough until I realized Plague Breath is a dragonkin ability. This guy has such a versatile range of ability types, I feel like I can fit him into almost any team.

I don't know how or why, but this little jerk seems to be the only thing I can get to hatch from those fel eggs. I've got so many of these things that I can't even put all of them on the Auction House. It'd be a waste, since it's not like I'm going to sell five of them at once. So now I get to sit with a practical menagerie of demon bats sitting in my bag.

This girl puts in some serious work for me. Between her damage/heal over time, her party heal, and her regular humanoid healing, she keeps herself and my team alive. She's saved my bacon more times than I care to say.
