Do you have to be a Goblin Engineer to learn this pet? I bought one on the AH and I am unable to add it to my collection.

That's what happened to me. I flew over and there were 5 showing, I ran back and nothing. In that time, I would have at least seen players battling to win those pets. I'll have to keep trying!
