Oh my goodness, I am in love with Pierre! He has got to be one of the most adorable and awesome pets to ever roam Azeroth! I freaking love him. Kudos to anyone involved in his creation, what a wonderful job! Thanks to Blizzard for churning out so many new and incredible pets for us all. Please, keep 'em coming. :D

I've barely gotten to play WoW since MoP launched, due to some moving issues. But, even in the short amount of time that I've had, I've fallen head over heels for the new pet battles and all the great pets that have come with this xpac! I knew I'd love battling, but everything us pet lovers have gained is just more than I could have hoped for. ^_^

I hope everyone's having a great time so far!

This little hatchling is probably my favorite of all the raptors, with the Ravasaur hatchling coming in a close second.

Since Dart is such a quick devil, I used the macro:

/target Dart
/cast Curse of Exhaustion

Not only is CoE my spell with the furthest distance, but it's instant and slows Dart down significantly, while also aggroing him. This is definitely not necessary, but to any 'locks out there, this is a nice little macro to use. I'm sure other classes could do something similar. ^_^

I just realized something. This little guy is almost identical in coloring and in its eyes to the new Venomhide Ravasaur mount. The only thing that it doesn't have that the mount does, is the extra white markings. And, the only thing the pet has that the mount doesn't, are the cute little beads and feathers. That's just awesome!

Here's a link to the Warcraft Mounts site, so you can compare - VHR Mount

The mama raptor has exactly 3 spawn points. I've farmed this raptor plenty of times for myself and others. So, I know just where they are.

1. On top of the pedestal in the middle.

2. In the back of the cave, almost just behind the wall that's to the back of the pedestal.

3. And, at the foot of the entrance into the deep part of the cave, just a few feet before you reach the water that leads to the pedestal in the middle.

Find a good spot, be sure to use a target macro and you're golden.

This raptor was the hardest one for me to get. It took me about 3k kills, before one dropped, but this lil' guy is definitely worth your effort. So, if you're struggling like I was, just hang in there, he does exist.

The mobs respawn quite quickly, which makes farming a breeze. And, if you're a miner, there are a handful of cobalt nodes around the exact circle that you'll be farming, which is nice. You'll pick up plenty of greens on your hunt, as well.

His eyes seem larger and unique to him.
