1st time I went after this guy I spent hours and about a week and only managed to score an Uncommon. Months later, Children's week popped up and I used a rare stone on him and leveled him up so I wanted more.
Went back this week, took about 3 days, hour, hour and a half a day circling. Could only find uncommon, common and poor. Finally today before I just gave up and called it done I went on one last loop. Found not one, but two rares, in 2 fights. Tamed um both for 3 rare Librams on my team.
