Just had Papi drop today at end of bee event from the jelly deposit, no jelly magnet in use (one in inventory), no butterfly net (or whatever it is, not wasting time with it), not sure of how many waves were completed but it was at least 15. 

Have received H/H; P/P; P/S; P/B so far. Recieved a H/P breed last night. 

I guess the demand for this pet has diminished on some servers, was on Ravencrest/Alliance tonight, at 11 CST, festival started, one other player was waiting besides myself. Captured a green right away, checked 5 left over and no rares, left about 15 minutes after festival started and no one else showed up. Stone the one I got and now I have my rare. (Not sure why my comment was downgraded, sorry if you're having trouble capturing one of these turtles.)

Got my rare finally as a secondary battle with an Infected Bear Cub near 34.4, 68.3 in Hillsbrad Foothills.

Borean Tundra, NE spawn point, poor quality.  Stoned and rare now. @ 0815 on Ysera. 

Found my rare in Orgrimmar, ran around the upper perimeter killing all battle pets and leveling lower level pets at same time, after about 40-50 different pet battles, finally had chance.  Thankfully with the new cancel battle system, I was able to cancel and replace my primary pet with an elemental with a low damage per hit, three hits and captured. Edit: Use a Terrible Turnip for any pets you wish to capture that are low level. Will save you a lot of heartache using Weakening Blow.
