Took a while. Just got mine today.
The cheese is inside the box at 52.48, 26.80.
I found mine at 63.2, 55.72. I've heard that there a few more locations possibly.

I got mine today. just happened to drop into the final boss of the Grand Hunt in Thaldraszus. The boss was Diluu at 50.90, 47.20. Not sure if it is a Grand Hunt drop or not.
Just found mine in Azure at 71.48, 43.80
None to be found. But after I killed the pets available in the area a rare spawned.
It seems that they are now independent wild pets. When I went to the Feeding Grounds this morning, there was about 15 as main wild pets for battle.
I just found out about this pet. I flew around for about 15 minutes looking and nothing. I came back here and read.
There is only one way you are going to get this pet. Create two marcros. First is /tar Nethaera and the second is /cheer. Using the target macro, I immediately found him on the mini-map. Then I used the cheer macro about five times. I had him.
Without the two macros you may never find him.
I've been battling her for over a month and still nothing. Been using a mid-level toon and leveling her and some of my battle pets. Anyone have any idea of drop percentages of if we need to use a max level toon?
I've only been playing 2014. You will find me chasing down any pets that I'm missing. Working hard on leveling and making sure everyone is Rare. Lots of fun.
