1. If you go to the immediate left, there are a series of torches that respawn.You need to get to third one, and drop combat. There are two hissing chitterspine spawns near this point.
2. To drop combat, I found that I had to kill groups of 4-10 mobs at a time. You will need to continuously clear.
3. Fight on a torch, and click it BEFORE your buff drops.
4. Remember that after your pet battle, you will pop with immedate aggro. Grab a torch and clear to exit.
