Just for the record, they can spawn as a secondary to a Fire Beetle. After reading that they couldn't, I just had a uncommon as second to a Fire Beetle.

Just caught a rare after 5, common and uncommon ones. They spawned 24 hours after server reset. Happy Hunting!

Yes, you can "upgrade" your account to CE at anytime. I have done it twice now. I already had BC and WotLK but wanted the pets. I bought the 2 CE's off eBay and called Blizz to add the new CE's keys for me, they did with no problem. Now to buy the first CE...$2,000.00 SIGH...

What a great way to spend time with your family! Do you also have pets in real life? Being an animal lover is what really sparked my interest in WoW and the pets/mounts.
