Amusingly enough, while trying to fight a few respawned Infinite Whelplings, the Server Restart countdown began, and I was unable to form a battle pet scenario with any of them.  I had...*dons sunglasses*....Run Out Of Time.

This pet is also found on the Zoram Strand in far western Ashenvale, often as an adjunct to the Rusty Snail (lvls 5-6) fights.

I encountered a Robo-Chick, uncommon (green) quality, as a secondary wild pet during a lvl 5 or 6 fight in Azshara (a little bit west of the entrance to Orgrimmar).  I didn't realize it was unusual until a few fights later when I came here to check something else, or I'd have more concrete details. But it was definitely the 2nd wild pet in the fight.

The droprate is NOT 1 in 68 for the Clockwork Rocket Bot.  I've been doing the dailies pretty much from day 1 of this year (2012) on 12 toons, so over 80 times so far, and it's dropped 7-8 times for me.  (I'm actually trying to get either a 2nd Lumpy or the Winter's Veil dagger. *sighhh*)
