Use jadefire lightning on cooldown, even against the coccoon. After you've been interrupted, use life exchange to equalize health, then continue jadefire lightning spam. One of your last turns will be celestial blessing before you die and have to swap to your second dragonkin pet. My emerald proto-whelp can then clean up the entire team by spamming emerald bite.
