They are now very easy to find, with a number of them (around 5) spawning with Kafi the Beast of Fable goat @ 35,56 (For anyone without coords thats just north of the Winter's Blossom flight path point on the map, look for the yellow Kafi pawprint on your mini  map.)

That being said 50 summit kids later, still no rare D:

The "Kneebiter" seems to have the lowest drop rate. I've gotten 5 Toenibblers, 2 Anklebreakers and 1 Footslasher in about an hour. A few other people in general chat (Proudmoore) are saying the same thing.

Just make sure you interupt the heal and the dinomancers aren't too bad to kill with 2ml HP.

Edit: Perhaps not, after all that a friend went and got the Kneebiter as his first pet.

Rare pet indeed, every time I checked there was 3-4 people camping the spawn site. I logged a character there right before a server restart, came back up and there was about 8 of them. Dueled every single one, got a few respawns. No rares, walked away satisfied with an uncommon at least. Very lucky that I logged there at restart!
