Confirmed for the Whitewater Typhoon pool. There is a spawn point shared with Bucktooth Flapper at the edge of the pool.

Confirming Tideskorn Harbour. Killed all the whelks etc then Tiny Apparitions spawned in three places.

All three respawn really quickly so it doesn't take long to find the breed/s you want to keep and make rare.

As stated you can get a 325 speed.

They allowed me to join to get the pet and are lovely people.

Got mine from the graveyard in Shattrath (just outside the eastern gate). The bread needs ice cold milk and simple flour - both available in the lower city.

My Marionette was uncommon rarity. You can put him in a cage and do this quest on alts to get extra copies of this guy too.

Confirming that this moth can be found as an add for the rat mentioned below. I got it on the 2nd try. If it's not there kill the rat and wait for a fairly quick respawn to try again.

The first pet I levelled to 25 and still my absolute favorite. He's great in a Blood In The Water team and a brilliant way to boost other pets vs the critters around Half Hill. He can also single-handedly (with a bit of favor from the God Of RNG) take out Lucky Yi.
