Found one in So Barrens at (43,49) surrounded by Prairie Dogs. 9:55am server-Norgannon. No adult Giraffes to be seen.

Run in a circle around the Wyrmbog. Kill/Battle any green paws you see in the area to force a spawn of SoO. Just keep running the circuit and be patient. Worked for me this morning. (10:15am server time)
