What a slog. Found mine near 46.5, 30.2. That's where I was standing, it was in the water and the first line pet. I'd been spending some time each day checking pets and trying Fleeting Frogs and nuking every pet and critter in sight. Good luck!

I just got one chilling in the beginning area of Operation Mechagon dungeon. I was able to start the pet fight near some mobs, who ended up killing me when I finished the pet battle but it was worth it!

Several of these around at 11:59pm today server time (Dalaran).  I've only done 4 quests in the zone.  All were poor quality, I'll come back later and try for better.
