2 november 4am on my server. found a snowy owl just above frostwhisper gorge. uncommon quality with just over 800 health.
Winter indeed starts at the solstice. not the caldendar winter.

22,32. Saw my first Shy bandicoon. Right above Paoquan Hallow near Skyrange, for those without Co'ords. Came with a second one and a plain bandicoon. It had about 1200 health before i caught it (not entirely sure as health goes up after its caught) Its a rare. hooray! r

Killed 3670 mobs before I got myself this guy. Also got a Dark Whelpling (off the Ebon whelps, after 780 kills) 2 blues, many greens. LOTS of leather(from skinning) I recommend killing Ebon whelps mostly because it has the chance of dropping both the Dark and Crimson at the same time. Also There is a vendor guy just west of greenwarden you sell stuff to. Horde, there is a mailbox in Greenwarden, the guards will attack you but you can use it. makes it easier if you don't mind getting flagged.

Just got him at 69.67 from the nest. 25 Feb 2011. Was just doing Archaeology around the area and saw it!
