Once the rolling restarts began I waited about 15min (the estimated time it would take for the realms to come back on) and I constantly attempted to log on and once I did I ran to where Timmy usually walks by and there he was. Quick and easy. (Btw it would be a good idea to be in stormwind when they kick everyone off)
