Got tired of resets so went in and just kept killing the non-battle beach Fleeting Frog until the Yellow Junkhopper appeared.  First time there was a rare Experimental Roach add and couldn't resist so had to repeat until a second Junkhopper showed up.

 

I am so done with that.

It’s snowing throughout the entire zone, not a fox kit to be found.  I officially give up.
