To unlock the vendor that sells this pet, members of the Night Fae must first create the Transport Network Sanctum Feature. This opens up the Marasmius quest chain that eventually leads to the quest "Through the Veil" in the "Saving the Stalks" storyline.

After unlocking the vendor, players will need to earn Marasmius reputation. This is done by completing daily quests found in The Ring (accessible via a fairy ring in the Night Fae Covenant hall).

This lil tree is great fun. From time to time, it "shakes its leaves, calling the celestial rain of Ardenweald!" And also, a curious squirrel may come up to check it out and hang out a bit.
