No luck at all in Waking Shores, check out 52, 48 area in Thaldraszus, found instantly there, no searching. Multiple spawns up.

I found mine at 60.79, 78.11 in Waking Shores (just behind the Red Dragonflight home by the earth/mostly ice elementals invading and dungeon)

Found one wandering in the Apex Canopy, so they aren't only an additional spawn for other pets.

An Igneoid is formed when magma makes it to Azeroth's surface and is infused with dark elemental magic. The resulting creature is tiny, fierce, and very cute.
