After waiting almost 3 hours for the boat to take me to Dragon Isles on launch day, I finally made it! Saw a green paw as soon as I got off the boat, & this pet was an added pet. I lucked out & got it in rare quality! :)

 

So far (about 1 hour of play time on The Waking Shores) I've only seen it as an added pet.
