Those that know me or my situation, know that between finances and medical conditions it's been hard for me to get in and play the game as much as I used to. Between taking care of the 'old man' and trying to figure out the source of my chronic pain issues, sitting in an office chair is not easy for me. Not for extended periods of time anyway. I still try though! I've even gotten creative with the use of lots of cables attached to our old 'seen better days" laptop. Many days I just don't want to because I don't feel well. But again, I'm still trying.
On the note of trying, I've been working on the new 7.3 Cata pets and newer battle pets on Argus. Unfortunately, haven't gotten to the pet dungeons yet. Hope to when I get a bit better!

Hello! I've been playing WoW since '06 and am the founder and Guildmaster of the guild Band of Misfits (12/04/2006) on the Sentinels server with my husband.
My very first pet, besides the night elf owls, was the Green Macaw from Deadmines. Back in that day, you had to find a slot in your bank/bag to keep your pets. So I kept track of where I got them and only kept ones that couldn't be purchased. My bags filled up too quickly! However, when we were able to learn them in Wrath, my bags emptied and my incessant pet collecting went into full throttle. I'm definitely more of a collector than a battler and had almost all of the pets in game before battling even came out. So it's no surprise that collecting before battling is my passion. My most favorite pet, the one I fell in love with the moment I saw it, is the Dragon Kite. I first saw it during a guild raid pick up in Zul'Aman and have been wanting one since. I finally got it early 2016!
In early 2013, my husband went blind (before he hit 30) and just one year ago (2016) he went into the ER and found out he has kidney and heart failure. I myself have my own health issues and have also been dealing with chronic pain for about 15 years. We are currently trying to find the source of it but it's a long process. I also have cervical issues and had neck surgery last year for it. (Using my hands wasn't an easy task!) So to say the last 5 years hasn't been kind to us is an understatement. At least I can take solace in pet collecting and playing WoW. Well.... for as long as my pain tolerance will let me.
