About Aborella:
I've been playing WOW since just before BC. Used to be main heals in a guild but /gq when I had a baby. Now that baby's 2 and a half and I've got back into playing again. I can't contribute to a guild any more because my toddler doesn't understand "wait a bit, I'm trying to help down *****" so instead I started seriously collecting pets, mounts & achievements in Dec 2011.
I read all I can find about collecting (this place is great!) and then make a list of things to do each day (such as rep gain, dailies etc.) towards my pet/mount/achievement goals. As I don't know when or how long I'll be playing each day I prioritise them and do as much as I can. Some days that's nothing, other days I might get 4 or 5 hours. Just depends on what else is on.
My favourite pet is Magical Crawdad. He was the first pet I ever 'went' for many moons ago. I got Mr Pinchy after 5 weeks & 3 days of fishing the lakes EVERY day (this is pre baby when I was hardcore!). He didn't appear on my first wish either, so as I sat ready to click for the second time my eyelids actually started sweating. I was so relieved when the Magical Crawdad appeared!
In real life I run a cake decorating company and write a heap of food & photography related blogs. Maybe one day someone will ask me for a WOW pet cake. :-)
