I just got this pet 12/11/17 so it's still obtainable. I was dreading the grind, At level 11 I figured out I could get a player level for each level 1 character I got to level two (about one game with stim pack) and knocked out the last 9 levels very quickly. Good Luck.

I have been trying for this lil guy forever. I finally went to the pond where Garnia spawns on the Timeless Isle. I caught one first cast, then another 7 minutes later, so this seems to be a very good spot for those that want to fish their own rather than buy off the AH. Happy Fishing!

After a month of camping, and never seeing one. I made toons on other low pop realms. Finally had my friend who plays on another server invite me to group. It was nice to see all the CRZ people just disappear and I had the area all to myself. I ran around for about 30 minutes killing critters and one spawned, but I was beaten to it. Less than 5 minutes later (still killing critters) another one spawned and I snatched him up. He was a rare, but I wouldn't have cared.
