Lightfoot, you need to buy the crate items from the mote vendor and then trade those to Bran or the Arakoa vendor in Ashran for the turn in; you've never been able to trade the motes directly.

Not having gotten it but using a rough count from raid loot reports, it seems to be anywhere from 6-9 dropping per run for the ones I've been on. 23 so far... god help me... 23 MC pugs...

 

At least it's not the Crawling Claw; 294 Tol'vir solves and counting.

As this is coming up again, please don't make the same mistake I did and choose the wrong orphan quest. Unlike the first year where you get to choose the orphan, the second year you will get the orphan for the quest line you run.

I am truly hated by the RNG gods.

I've done the full dalies since early August (I was one of the first to complete all the precursor quests, starting no later then the 2nd day it was possible to buy the cache), 31 tokens a day, missing only about 20 days and I still haven't had him drop.
