There's a few around its 4:27 server time first time looking. All poor quality but one uncommon. 

Picked up a rare as a secondary to a poor quality feild moose east of shadow pan fall back (47:88) 

After three days of flying around I tried the Dalaran Crater and after about 15-20 minutes I found a uncommon secondary to a rat. I'm sure if you wanted to you could find a better quality one there. I've had no luck in the actual spawning place. 

Was no easy at all. Took almost an hour to find one (found it in Goldenmist village NW coner of Ghostlands) and I accedently kill it...Finally found my second one about 30 minutes later in Tranquillien.
