I flew from spawn point to spawn point during the early morning hours, and I was fortunate enough to collect all three of my Unborn in just the span of a few days. all three were in the eastern spawn localities.
I agree...6.1 seems to have significantly weakened Anubisath... Very disappointing. :-(
In battles where I used sandstorm to avoid a stampede style, multiple attack, I've gone to the Emerald Proto-Whelp, with the Emerald Presence defense. It's really the only option until they fix sandstorm.
...eagerly awaiting the 21st! Just 10 more days!! I want to complete my Kalimdor and WORLD safari's...and this is the ONLY pet I need...phreakin winter solstice! I've been waiting for this since MAY!!
I FINALLY GOT MINE!!! ...along with my Zookeeper title!! WOOOT!!
Just captured my first...it was only a POOR, but I'll use a Battle-stone to upgrade it to RARE...it's a H/H, so YAY!!...found it at the western location in the Howling Fjord...between 8:30am and 9:00am server time... I'm sooooo thrilled! :-)
UPDATE: Just captured my second (a B/B and a poor that I immediately upgraded)...found it at the northern-most spawn point in the Borean Tundra at about 10:15am server time... :-)
...got mine a couple days ago...not a very impressive pet...WOW should give this when you reach 100 unique pets...and they should give increasingly awesome pets every 100 more pets you acquire...by the time you get to 400 unique pets, you've put in a LOT of time and effort; WOW should give a pet that is as awesome as that accomplishment...I'm just sayin'...
Picked up TWO rares (one a P/P), in a matter of minutes in the Savage Thicket about midnight EDST on a Sunday night...there were numerous of these flying around the area...I had my choice of them... :-)
Working on: Trying to do the dailies every day, with a carry pet, to level all of my pets to Level 25 (since I already have them all at "Rare" level). Also, earning as much gold as I can each day, to make the "big ticket pet purchases" in the Auction House.
Other than that, I occasionally will pick a pet that I don't have (and that isn't tradeable) and begin the questline or farming needed to get it.
Most recent achievements: got my "Crazy Cat Lady" title, collected all four of the Celestial pets, and finished the "Really Big Adventure" achievement and got Trunks. :-)
It's just a grind.... :-)
