I got this pet with out doing any quest. Cost is 50 gold even with being exalted with Wintersaber Trainers. No Faction Discounts. :(Pet is NOT BOP so, YES, you can sell, trade, or mail this cub to other toons

Took me at most 45 minutes to get my Panther Cub... very easy chain! Very nice to have a true night elf pet!

Took me an hour or so to get, with out distractions...kids don't ya love em... should have done it when kids were sleeping!! Actual real time was 4 hours...but anyway, the quests are so easy to do just time consuming..Definately still worth it for the serious collectors like us...happy hunting to all!!

Sent in a ticket about when winter starts...this is what the GM said...
This would be the same day as our calendar first day of winter.
The only thing to give me a date for you would be December 15th for the begining of Winters Veil. I would just keep looking around our calendar winter season. :) Sorry I am not able to provide more information for you at this time. I am one sad panda for this.
