I have to agree with the other comment about He-man and Cringer/Battle Cat based on the color scheme. Considering Netflix recently dropped two new series based on the franchise I would not be surprised. 

I got this pet from a Runebound Chest in Maldraxxus.

I'm not sure if that's a bug or intended but that's where I got mine from, not a Silver Chest.

Wowhead has reports of it coming from other chests as well.

Just got another one 2/15/21 from the Bleakwood Chest in Revendreth.

Animated Ulna, 1 of 3 parts for Carpal, is from a world quest. It is the reward on US servers Jan 12, 2021 from the Extra Pieces quest.

Seems like it might fit into this post.

First time I've seen it as a reward.

The NPC that drops this pet has dropped an egg with a 5 day timer for me on two different characters so far. No idea if it will give this pet, but it is called Nightwreathed Egg and no sign of the pet itself yet.

Currently exceedingly rare drop from Herbalism on Argus.

If you find one, I'd consider cashing in on it before the drop rate gets buffed to a more reasonable level like the skinning pet.

This pet seems to be exceedingly rare.

No drop after doing it every day for who knows how long(since it was added).

Never seen one on my main realm's AH.

Been farming on my S.Priest alt, up to approx. 350 kills with no luck yet.

Very easy to get 2-3 per pull using SW:P.

I highly recommend using a priest/lock/mage(living bomb) to do this.
