@Sonnisann:  It's their racial. Critters like the Rapana Whelk are immune to stun, root, and sleep effects.

This snail is one of the easier ones to capture at a higher level than say, Scooter, and is an excellent pet to use against elementals, especially ones that use small damage multistrike abilitites.  Ur you can trade the Shell Shield for Acidic Goo, then use Dive for an absolutely massive blow.

This guy is remarkable to use against mechanical pets, especially those that use small damage multi-strike abilities.  The downside is that, during capture, many of these roll with Stone Rush and tend to suicide before your ridicuously untrustworthy trap can grab them.

I find this guy one of my most favorite pets to battle with.  His Extra Plating essentially doubles your health for three rounds, at the (sad) downside if being unprotected for one round.  He hits like a truck with Rabid Strike, and the dual effect is somewhat negated by the Extra Plating.

These guys are somewhat useful vs No-no and other critter type pets in general, but they have a pretty bland skillset which is available on just about any other standard moth.
