Status Update (1)

Thanks Maizing for pulling me over to your realm to get Greech on all my toons, tired of people ganking everyone around there.

I'll do the 4 RAF pets next month, I'd rather spend my money on my nieces and nephews this month.  :)

Also need to stop being lazy and get around 70ish more kills for the Stunted Direhorn...

A BIG thank you to some amazing friends who have helped me along the way...

It's official, the fact it's Uncommon is a bug.  It's expected to be patched soon to be rare.

Pretty cool pet actually!

I always try to take the Aquatic first with some type of Glowfly, something that can caccoon.  Once you know the fight, you can time the caccoon to block most of their big attachs.  My Glowfly always lasts until the second round and I soften up Water Elemental so a Emperor Crab or strider can take her down.  A spider is also good against the critter.  I think I'll name this one Katara.

This one is the battle a lot of tamers fear, but this one tends to be the easiest for me.  I use a spider 1st round against the critter and the Key is to make sure the critter dies first so the Earth Elemental can burn the stun on a near dead spider pet.  I then use an Emperor Crab or Strider to wipe her out and a mech to finish off the beast.  I think I'll name this one Toph.

I actually try to start with the Fire Elemental, a strider or Emperor Crab can rip it apart quick.  The dragon pet is annoying because his DOT and attacks hit hard.  I use the aquatic to soften it up for the rest of my pets to clean up.  I think I'll name this one Zuko.

The fight to collect this one is fairly difficult.  Fighting the critter can be rough, but a decent spider pet can make quick work.  The problem I had was the dragon has a nasty air DOT that carries between pets.  Using my Flayer Youngling to reflect that attack makes all the difference and I usually ensures he makes it to the fight against the Air Elemental to soften up for my aquatic pet.  An Emperor Crab works really well against it.  I think I'll name him Aang.

One does not simply walk into Darkmoon Faire. There is evil there that does not sleep. The great EYE is ever watchful.

Bah, my random drop was poor quality.  Guess I'll have to upgrade him manually.

Sigh, I wish I could have this pet.  :(  I missed the event because of a vacation.

There are two areas of Master's Celler where this thing spawns.  One stairway leads to an actual celler where only a few spawn.  Then there is another stairway nearby that leads into a winding cavern where around 15 more spawn.  Both areas are considered "Master's Celler".  Uncommon versions = 1038 health while rare versions = 1100+ health.  It's an easy way to pickup a 16 pet because you only fight the Shadeling, no other pets join the fight against you.

In Azshara I found both the Twilight Spider and the Twilight Beetle at Sable Ridge (70,15).

You can fine these around Bilgewater Harbor.  You can also find these on the beach just Southwest of the Darnassian Base Camp

After seeing it on the AH for 12-19k (no thanks), I sought out to farm this badboy for myself. It was the last raptor pet I needed and I was having no luck with the Hyacinth Macaw or Fox Kit.

There are 32 raptors in the area, the first respawning by the time you kill the last in a circle. As a non-tracking class, I made some "Tracker Snacks" via cooking to allow me to track where the raptors are, because you don't want to miss one.

149 kills later, I finally have this little dude.

Being part of a small family guild, it isn't likely I'll get this pet... :( Sad, she's a beauty. If any guild on Alterac Mountains Horde side is willing to host me, I'd appreciate it! :)

Along with the Giant Sewer Rat and Speedy, I am hoping this little guy can help me start my own team of ninja turtles.

Re: Pebble
Finally got this pet after checking Deepholm daily for the quest. The funny thing is before Winter Veil, I saw this quest pop up 3 times. During Winter Veil, I saw this quest pop up almost 7 days in a row. I'm really hoping having Pebble will finally cause Lumpy to drop!

Re: Lumpy
Day 19 of 19 - No joy after 38 attempts across the 2 toons I can try to get this on. Not even one drop... I understand this is RNG, but RNG hasn't always been my friend. This is the Headless Horseman all over again. I don't want to spend years trying to get this pet, like I have for that stupid mount... Sigh.

"No lump of coal in my stocking?"

I should have been more naughty... I'm gonna go pelt Great-Father Winter with some snowballs...

The "Source" for the pet should be modified to say;

DROP: [Hidden Stash] (via various level 40-45 mobs found in Eastern Plaguelands) while having Fiona's Lucky Charm Buff

After you find Fiona, you have to do the two separate quest-lines she gives. Her caravan will then have the quest to give you "Fiona's Lucky Charm" buff, which allows the [Hidden Stash] to drop. Got him in 11 tries from an Infected Mossflayer.

Been farming this for months... Around 7000 kills and no luck... All I can say if you're having a hard time farming this like me is to keep trying, eventually it will happen. :)

Orcter's comment doesn't seem accurate to me. The CD Key is bound to your Battle.net account, not the computer it is installed on. I purchased the CE recently and to get Lil' Deathwing, I went to my Battle.net account, went to Account Management, selected "Add Game" and entered the CD key. Afterwards, my ordinary WoW Cataclysm was upgraded to WoW Cataclysm CE. I then logged in and collected the mount.

I'm a bit amazed at the moment. I fished up the long elusive Giant Sewer Rat a couple hours ago and on a whim went to the SoS and after 30 minutes, this little goop just dropped. I have spent a few hours farming this before, but was surprised to see it drop. I'm glad because it's way too expensive on the AH at the moment (9k - 19k, depending on availability).

I deeply thank the Warcraftpet.com gods! Praise Breanni!

I'm off to try my luck with the Hyacinth Macaw now. :)
