I got mine a few days back. It spawned in the first pool, between the two elites. I was extremely lucky I guess. Doesn't change the fact that I really love the looks of this little creep. I hope it will make a good PvP pet to surprise with every once in a while....

Can't say anything about drop rate though, I had it in 6th kill (second spawn on this place)

Hi all,

I really want this cuty, but my guild that I do love btw, doesn't stand a chance of getting the guild achievement Challenge Warlords: Gold - Guild Edition done.

So, I'm looking for a guild that has done this achievement and wnats to allow me to level a char so I can buy this lovely little cuty.

Please send me an invite at Hacquart#2644 so I can start leveling a character your guild can use in return.

Thanks in advance,

Hacquart

I was on my way to do the daily with Wastewalker Shu and saw a battle pet very near flightmaster Kik'tik in Dread Wastes.... No fighting, just took on that amber moth and ... it was to be my amber :)

Maybe you're lucky too.

I found my rare as a secondary to a Golden Civet Kitten which I wanted to catch at the Summer Fields. The Kitten was an uncommon, but my Dancer was a rare. So if you can't "drag" them out of the obstructed battle areas, don't give up, you can catch them as a secondary or third even without any water around.....

I know, it's not really informative, but I simply had to tell how lucky I've been today....

Farming for the Darting Hatchling and got it the forst time I checked Dart's Nest.

So far so good, but it got better... I went for the Leaping hatchling at Takk's Nest and.... again the first time I looked I had the luck of getting my egg. So I tried for the Ravasaur Hatchling and I was extremely lucky, for I had it, again, in the first round I checked the various places you'd expect the nest to be.

O my goodness.... Finally found my rare and I KILLED it :(

It was by accident but still, my lvl4 Rusty Snail wasn't as rusty after all. I got lucky though. My next Bogger had a rare Water Snake as a secondary and I caught  that one. And just three battles later I found my blue beauty. Justice was done :)

I remember having chased this little plant in the past for a rare, but didn't after more than a "lot of kills". Glad I did try again, saves me a stone :)

I found my rare Ash Lizard indeed easy in Mount Hyjal, in The Flamewake. Flew over it for a quest, saw it on my mini map and decided to give it a try..... It was a rare. So just lucky or indeed easier to catch than in N'goro? I don't know, but I'm happy with mine, although it's a B/B breed. But for now I can tick it off my list.

Whether it's a good pet or not, I caught my rare one today in Krasarang Wilds, in The Deepwild, while leveling my Disgusting Oozeling and Phoenix Hawk Hatchling with my Emerald Proto-Whelp, still my favourit.

Seen all your comments I wanna find out if it beats my Proto-Whelp :)

I have my rare. Finally! At the Vir'naal Oasis.

I really hate these buggers... They shoot and almost never miss. But now I have him, still need the tank.

Hi, I caught my rare, lvl19 in my second visit to the Razorthorne Rise and there where only two of them... I caught the first, a poor one, "just to have one". The second was my rare!!

Lucky me... looking forward to use this one against critters!
