Players earned this companion by playing Warcraft Rumble (mobile game) during the first two weeks after the official release date (November 3, 2023). Defeating Hogger (last encounter in the first zone) unlocked this pet.
When this pet's owner mounts up, Gnomelia Gearheart will mount up on her very own miniature airplane and ride alongside the player.

Spunky, funky, and just a little clunky -- she's a Gnomish engineer to a T!
When it first launched I played right up to Hogger and won, I even continued another two more maps, and I still have not recieved Gnomelia Gearheart :(
My hubby got her as we both played at the same time on our phones. I have gone back serveral times and continued more maps and still nothing. Has anyone else had this issue?I can confirm as of 3/24/2024 I was able to log in to WC (first time player), kill the required, and logged into wow and had the pet! Took about 20 minutes max and you do not need to fully understand WC to do it.
Just did it today. Didnt know of this pet. Installed the game and played till Hogger was defeated. Logged in to WoW and the pet was there (19th March 2024)
Downloaded the game on my android...killed Hogar and received all the rewards but no pet? I began playing the game as a guest could this be the problem? Yes this was the problem...don't forget to link the game to your Battlenet Account...the pet will automatically show up in your collection once linked.

Just finished Hogger and it says Ive got the rewards but Im yet to receive in game, probably takes a few hours to get me the rewards.
is this no longer obtainable? i didn't know about rumble and was out of country for a month :(
I also tried the game today (12-11-23) and beat Hogger and received Gromelia Gearheart.
Was able to still get her today, 11th Dec 2023 for anyone still wondering! I thought I had missed out but tried just in case and sure enough she was added as a gift to my inventory after beating hogger :D
What if one does not own a mobile phone, not fair if one can not download and play on a PC.

Still available to get, I downloaded Rumble today and played through Hogger and sure enough she showed up in my pet inventory!
Despite not really knowing anything about Warcraft rumble, I was able to defeat Hogger my second try and get Gnomelia. I watched a random YouTube video after failing the first time and sent my little guys on a similar path. If I could manage this, anyone can.
She's adorable! We all need more gnomes in our life! I know nothing about Rumble and can barely see it on my small screen and I managed to get her so ya'll go for it

As of right now, Gnomelia Gearheart will not fly with dragonriding mounts. In non-dragonriding zones, she'll fly with a flying mount just fine. Oh, when you summon her, she does a Woo-Hoo and excited leap.
Great looking pet. When you mount up she will mount up on her little plane and fly around after you.
As a proud gnome main for all of my 10 years in WoW this is just such an awesome pet!! We need more gnome-themed items in WoW

It did not take a lot of time and/or effort to beat Hogger and get this promotional pet. Do it soon before the promotion is done! It would not surprise me if it winds up at the Trading Post someday, but it could be some time before that happens.
