I made two passed of both areas and was about to leave when I got mine by the waterfall, I figured, that's where the actual monsters hang out, that's where I should be able to find one.

I've run around to see if they went somewhere else but they seem to spawn by the same rock all the time.

Does this have anything to do with the stack of eggs nearby the locations people are posting?

I've parked 3 characters on different servers in Felwood to try for this. Last night, I saw the rare spawn w/o Miniferal. Killed him, tracked the time at 2105 PM. I figured he couldn't have been up more than half an hour so I set a cooking timer and came back at 0235. Saw a Preist Logging off, and used the macro by him. Sure enough, the Rare was back at 0330, but no Miniferal. Based on where I saw him. I think he spawns in the NW corner, and paths E then S along the ridge and ends SW.

Not pet talk, but drop talk. I did Naxx once with my friend, nothing dropped. Tried to solo this guy on my second run, just couldn't do it. Even as a Blood DK. :( I eventually got tired of the stalemate and just popped all my minions and hearthed. Ill go back to Duoing and kill this puppy until he drops our pet. :) So remember bring a battle buddy for this guy.

36. 58 is the magic spot. I was all over the place trying to catch them as secondary battlers per the earlier posts, but there were Actual Shrine Fly's here. The first one I battled was blue but my Masked Tunaki critted and killed him :( But, the next one I found was blue too! :) There were about 8 in the area.

This crab became my premier battler very quickly when I found out I could take on 3  x level 11's at level 8.

My new strategy became capture higher level pets to use on his team as back up. Still, I had very little cause to call on them with "Lefty" at the helm.

I noticed the guy above stated mist before shell, I feel since shell lasted longer, start shell, then mist so you have 3 uninterupted rounds of snappage before having to refresh.
